Wedding Cake Decorations

Wedding cakes can also be decorated with fresh flowers! Many people simply do not realise that fresh flowers, and not plastic, or sugar, can be used to enhance your cake! And fresh flowers usually look much better under all circumstances - from viewing the cake in person, to photographs later, to preservation in your special memory collection - you can dry and press them for storing in your wedding album!

By utilising your absolute freedom when decorating your cake with fresh flowers, fine attention to detail, consistency, and harmony, of the whole effect you create simply adds to the sense of the moment! (and the sense of accomplishment when everything is absolutely perfect - there is no substitute for the real thing). We're not suggesting that all flowers can be used - some might destroy your cake by distributing unwanted pollen or distasteful sap!

You can place flowers on the side of the cake, on top of the cake, or even incorporate the flowers as part of the cake design! You can also position your cake as the focal point of a creative cake stand. There are so many options and each bride has her own idea of how to present this piece of tradition. We will gladly help you decide by showing our examples and advising on suitability of the flowers you wish to use.
